The Week in Review, December 1 - 5, 2014

Happy  Friday! We hope everyone had a great first week back from the Thanksgiving break. We are busy teaching, learning, and leading here at The Creek. Take a look as our students tell you about their learning. 

Special Announcements:

Yearbook Sales: 

Be the early bird and pre-order your yearbook for $15. The price will increase to $20 when we return to school in January. 

School Pictures:

You should have received a special package from our photography partner Strawbridge Studios. They have designed a new package called "Journey" which is a multi-year product that a majority of students in grades 2 - 5 will be receiving. All other students will receive a Fun Designer Pack if they had pictures taken in the Fall. This would make a perfect gift for the holidays!

This is also a fundraiser for the school, so please keep that in mind when placing your order. Pricing information is enclosed with your packets. You will pay for the sheets you want and return anything you do not want. Please return the money/pictures ASAP!

Toiletry Drive:
Our Student Council is collecting toiletry items to benefit the Dolphin Closet, which is set up to help Rice Creek families in times of need. Please send in any of the following items over the next two weeks (until Dec.19) and place them in the collection boxes in the hallways. Any items donated would be greatly appreciated!
          Toilet paper
          Paper towels
          Shampoo & Conditioner
          Body Wash & Soap
          Deodorant
          Laundry Detergent
          Toothpaste & toothbrush
